Kinga Pétervári is associate professor at the Department of Management and Business Law, ELTE, Faculty of Economics, Budapest. Trained as a lawyer she obtained her LLM at the Chicago University Law School (1994) and PhD at ELTE (2001). She practiced law at the Ministry of Justice during the accession to the EU and worked for various law firms. She has been lecturing (International) Business Law courses for 14 years.
